Dr. Roussidis Yannis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Administration, Panteion University, specialising in Public Management. In recent years he has taught in a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes: the University of the Aegean, the Hellenic Open University, the University of the Peloponnese, the University of Western Attica, the University of Thessaly, etc. At the same time, in recent years he has worked in the public and private sectors as a senior and top executive. He studied at the Department of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus, holds a) a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Aegean, b) a Master's Degree in Health Services Management from the National School of Public Health and a PhD in Public Management from Panteion University. His scientific and research interests focus on Public Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Change Management, etc. Dr Roussidis is the author of numerous scientific articles, papers and monographs and has participated as a speaker in numerous scientific conferences.
